By creating an account or submitting a run, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your inputs
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every prompt, image, video, audio file, likeness, trademark, and other material you submit. You remain responsible for your inputs and your use of the resulting output.
Generated output
Outputs are generated by machine-learning systems and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other outputs. Review an output before publishing or relying on it. When publishing generated media, clearly disclose that it is AI-generated.
Do not use an output to train or improve another AI model where the model-specific terms shown in FrameCurrent prohibit that use.
Model-specific terms
Video generation is powered by MiniMax H3. Your use of that capability is also subject to the use restrictions and Acceptable Use Policy in the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement. Those restrictions apply to your prompts, outputs, publication, and downstream use.
Review and enforcement
FrameCurrent may reject prompts, hold outputs for review, disable access to content, or suspend repeat violators when needed to enforce these terms, protect rights, or respond to a good-faith report. Attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited.
Credits, availability, and retention
Prices and credit use are shown before a paid run is submitted. Model capacity and processing time are not guaranteed. Output retention periods will be shown with the applicable product before paid access opens; download important files before they expire.
